Foreword
I’m a big fan of science fiction, especially The Matrix series, as it not only features a visionary storyline but also influenced the action genre in subsequent films. This artwork reflects my passion for animation and technology, exploring various effects and expressions through digital tools. I find joy in challenging myself and embracing the learning process of new skills.
Work Content
The entire image is divided into three main parts: the deep blue ion cloud at the mountaintop, a scrolling string of blue-green alternating letters in the middle of the screen spelling out my name (mingwen), and irregular blocks at the bottom creating a wave-like motion.
The main colors used are green and blue, with light blue serving as the primary color for my personal website. Green and blue, as complementary colors, accentuate the clarity of the letters. Within the entire scene, the raining section in the middle represents my multilingual proficiency and diverse life inspirations. The blue section on the ground reflects my wide-ranging interests, passionate learning, and perseverance, while green symbolizes my boundless creativity.
